Latest and greatest is nice, like the larger graphics and reworked music tracks. And theres a bit of a 3D bounce to it. I prefer similar game upgrades be in-app purchase so I dont have to retire the previous versions to my ipod archive.

Sparkle 1 is one of my all time favorite games that I have played over and over. Sparkle 2 takes Sparkle 1 to the next level. Super polished retina graphics, fun addictive gameplay, and a soundtrack that sounds so awesome as good as if not better than the biggest mega summer blockbuster hit movie- Jonathan Geer is a talented composer and this is coming from another composer --- I composed the music for Space Book Planets by Clever Genius.

So glad to be able to purchase such a fun game that doesnt try to charge me with every move. Wonderful game. Pleasant play for many hours. Great for the kids, too.

One of the best orb shooter games Ive ever played. Well worth the price, and more than worthy of the Sparkle legacy. It just feels a little short. But if you only have a short amount of time, its the perfect game!

At times, I got frustrated with the original Sparkle, mainly because if I encountered a hard level a failed it several times, the game would restart from the very beginning. Very frustrating for a casual player! This version doesnt do that and it makes it easy to pick up and play once in a while. Thank you!

Love this game. As the last person said, attention to detail is the best. The story part of the game is very well written. The only complaint I have ( which may not be a complaint for others) is the last challenges of 8 and 9 are so difficult that ive given up on the game. Hopefully if theres an update, the challenges will be just a tad bit less challenging.

Once purchased, you will b addicted, so youll want to come up with ways to challenge yourself. A good way to do this is to do a Chuao Challenge. My fav is Baconluxious. If u just eat this bar, it is a waste. The true flavors are not released by chewing it. You have to have a game like Sparkle and Sparkle2, to fully appreciate this expensive treat. Take a square and let it slowly melt on your tongue as you plow throw level after level. Enjoy! Only drawback of game is that you cannot reset/restart without keys. Is the same true in PS3 version???
